DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1; TRANSFER TO KIBALE NATIONAL PARK
The Uganda Safari Driver guide from Afican Based Safaris will pick depending on your location and brief you about the safari. After the briefing you will embark on the journey to Kibale national park. You will have lunch in fort portal and then head for the 2 to 3 hours in Bigodi wetland for a nature walk. After you will head to your lodge for a relaxation, dinner and a night stay.

DAY 2; CHIMPANZEE TREKKING AND AMABERE CAVE AND WATERFALLS VISIT
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will head to the national parks headquarters with your packed lunch for a briefing. After the briefing, you will head into the forest in search of the chimpanzees. The trek takes 2 to 5 hours and once the chimpanzees are located, you will spend an hour with the chimpanzees as you take photos and videos.
Later in the afternoon, you will have a visit to Amabere caves and the waterfalls as well as the crater lakes. After the visit you will head back to the lodge for dinner and a night stay.
DAY 3; TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK- EVENING GAME DRIVE
Early in the morning after your morning breakfast you will check out of the lodge and embark on the journey to Queen Elizabeth national park. On arrival, you will check into your lodge and have lunch and relax.
In the evening you will head for an evening game drive where you will spot animal species. After you will head back to the lodge and have dinner and a night stay.

DAY 4; MORNING GAME DRIVE AND BOAT CRUISE
Early in the morning, the driver will transfer you to the park for the early morning game drive and you will spot a number of wildlife such as giraffes, buffalos, elephants and species of antelopes and many more. After you will head back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch you will head for the afternoon boat cruise on the amazing Kazinga channel for both wildlife and bird watching experience as you cruise on both Lake George and Edward. After you will go back to your lodge relax and have dinner as well as a night stay.
DAY 5; TRANSFER TO LAKE BUNYONYI
You will have your morning breakfast and check out of your lodge then embark on the journey to Lake Bunyonyi where it’s a 6 to 7 hours’ drive via ishaka. You will have lunch in mbarara and then proceed to Lake Bunyonyi through the rolling hills. On arrival you will check into your lodge and relax as you wait for dinner and a night stay.

DAY 6; EXPLORE LAKE BUNYONYI
After having your breakfast, you will explore the lake on the canoe ride and visit some of the islands that are found on Lake Bunyonyi. The lake comprises of 29 islands such as kampeine island known as the punishment island among others. After you will have lunch, after lunch you will do a zip lining experience and relax at the shores with the amazing views of the hills. After you will head back to your lodge or dinner and a night stay.
DAY 7; TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA
In the morning after having breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and head back to Kampala. You will have a stopover at mbarara for lunch. On arrival in Kampala, you will be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport for your flight back to Kampala.
