Day 1; Transfer to bwindi impenetrable national park

DAY 1; TRANSFER TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK
The safari guide will pick you and brief you about the safari. After the briefing, you will embark on the journey to bwindi impenetrable national park which is a home to half the world’s population of mountain gorillas. On arrival, you will check into the lodge and check in for a relaxation, dinner and a night stay.
DAY 2; GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK
After an early morning breakfast, you will head to the parks headquarters for a briefing. After the briefing, you will enter into the forest in search of the endangered mountain gorillas which takes 30 minutes to 6 hours. While on the trek, you will have amazing views of animals such as forest elephants, bshpigs, forest elephants and bird species such as rwenzori batis, handsome francolin, and strange weaver among others. Once the gorillas are located, you will spend an hour with the mountain gorillas where you will watch their behaviors as you take photos and record moments. After the gorilla trekking, you will return to the lodge for dinner and a night stay.
DAY 3; TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
After having morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on the journey to queen Elizabeth. While on the way, you will have an enroute lunch as you spot pass via the ishasha sector which is a home to the tree climbing lions. While on the drive, you will spot animals such as buffaloes, Uganda kobs, buffalos and elephants among others. After the game drive, you will head to the lodge for dinner and night stay.
DAY 4; MORNING GAME DRIVE AND AFTERNOON BOAT CRUISE
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive. While on the morning game drive you will spot animals such as elephants, buffalos, giant forest hogs, Uganda kob, bushbucks, and bird species such as yellow throated long crow, grey crowned crane, martial eagle and African skimmer among others. After the morning game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will go for an amazing boat cruise on the kazinga channel where the boat cruise takes 2 to 3 hours. While on the cruise, you will spot animals such as buffalos, elephants, hippos and Nile crocodiles and water birds such as long tailed cormorants, squacco heron, black crake, African jacana and splur winged plover among others. After the boat cruise, you will meet with the driver and return back to the lodge for a relaxation, dinner and night stay.
DAY 5; TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA
After having a relaxed morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and transfer back to Kampala. You will have a short game drive within the park and after proceed with the journey. You will have a stopover in mbarara for lunch and at the equator where you will take photos as well as buy souvenirs among others. After you will continue with the journey and on arrival, you will be dropped off at Entebbe international airport for your flight back home or any place of convenience.
