2 Days Lake Mburo national park; the amazing 2 days to lake Mburo safari introduces you to whispers of the wild which is located closely to the mbarara-kampala highway. It’s one of the smallest national park and is gifted with a number of mammals, birds as well as plant species. Some of the animals include zebras, elands, buffalos, waterbuck, leopards, hippopotamuses, hyenas, reedbuck, kob, warthogs among others.
The 2 days safari gives you an opportunity to enjoy the evening boat ride on Lake Mburo and spot a number of wildlife such as crocodiles, hippopotamuses as well as bird species such as kingfishers, fish eagles, hammerkops among others.

DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1; DEPART TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK AND A BOAT CRUISE
On the 1st day of your 2 Days Lake Mburo national park, your tour guide will pick you from your place of residence or hotel and briefs you about the 2 Days Lake Mburo national park to Lake Mburo national park and embark onto the journey. There will be a stopover at the equator where an experiment is done to prove the difference between the north and south hemispheres using a funnel and water.
After you will continue up to the lodge for lunch. After lunch you will enjoy the evening boat ride on Lake Mburo and it takes 2 hours. You will be in position to spot crocodiles, hippos as well as a number of bird species. After the boat cruise, you will return to the lodge for a refreshment, dinner and a night stay

DAY 2; MORNING GAME DRIVE AND TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA
The early morning game drive will be conducted after breakfast in order to spot the early risers before they go back to their hideouts. You will be able to see animals such as zebras, buffaloes, elands, waterbucks, oribis, topis, warthogs, reedbucks, sitatunga antelope, vervet monkey, olive baboon, side-striped, spotted hyena, leopard, white-tailed mongoose among others
After the morning game drive, return to the lodge for a refreshment and then checkout of the lodge and drive back to Kampala or Entebbe. Lunch stopover along the way is assured.
