5 Days Sipi Falls and Kidepo Wildlife Tour introduces you to the amazing sipi falls where you will hike all the 3 waterfalls and as well visit the kidepo valley national park which is a great home for wildlife species such as hyenas, zebras, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, cheetahs and elephants and bird species such as Kori bustard and ostriches which are viewed while on a game drives to thrill while on Uganda Safaris .

DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1; TRANSFER TO SIPI FALLS
The safari guide will meet you and brief you about the safari. After the briefing, you will embark on the journey to sipi falls which are located in the eastern part of Uganda in kapchorwa district. You will pass through Mabira forest and lugazi sugar plantations and on arrival, you will have lunch. After lunch, you will head to the hiking where you will be accompanied by a local guide. You will ascend to the top of the falls and as well descend down to the bottom of the waterfalls as you have amazing views of Mount Elgon and the sunset during the trek. After the waterfall hike, you will drive to the lodge for a relaxation, dinner and a night stay.
DAY 2; TRANSFER TO KIDEPO NATIONAL PARK
In the morning, you will have breakfast and check out of the lodge then drive to the coffee plantations. While on the tour, you will learn about the Arabic coffee and the stages of production. After the coffee tour, you will proceed with the journey to kidepo valley national park with en-route lunch. On arrival, you will check into the lodge and prepare for the next day activities.
DAY 3; FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK
In the morning after breakfast, you will transfer to the park for a morning game drive. While at the game drive, you will spot animals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, spotted hyenas, jackals before they head back to their hiding areas. After the morning game drive, you will head back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will, you will head back to the park for an afternoon game drive at the Narus Valleywhich is the only place with permanent water source in the park. At the game drive, you will spot animals such as waterbucks, elephants, buffaloes, reedbucks, oribi, lions and klipspringer as they are drinking water, bird species such as yellow billed hornbill, little weaver and breasted barbet among others. After the game drive, you will drive back to the lodge for a relaxation, dinner and night stay.
DAY 4; MRNING GAME DRIVE AND CULTURAL TOUR
Early morning after breakfast, you will head for a morning game drive thus giving you a chance to spot animals that you missed on the previous day. While on the game drive you will visit the kanangorok hot springs which lies 11kms over the Kidepo River and it’s found between the hard rock with boiling water which heats beyond 50 degrees Celsius. You will spot mountains, animals as well interact with the people who come to offer sacrifices and seek blessings among others. After the game drive you will head back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will have a cultural tour where you will visit the karamajong pastoralists who stay around the park at the borders of south Sudan and Kenya. You will learn about their culture, view instruments such as beads, bows, knives, spears and visit their Manyatta homesteads as well as listen to their stories and enjoy their traditional dances and drama among others. After you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and a night stay.
DAY 5; TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA
After having breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on the journey back to Kampala. On the way you will pass via gulu-kitgum with en-route lunch and continue to Kampala. On arrival, you will be dropped off at Entebbe airport for your flight back home or any place of convenience.
